I really enjoy the cantor of these debators. They seem happy and laugh and have a good time, yet get points across.

Where is the rest of the debate?

Marvin is the clear winner of this debate. He came prepared and he presented his facts and arguments and proved his points from authenthic biblical sources and made sure to point out correct translation from the Hebrew and Greek to rightly interpret the scriptures. MARVIN WINS UNANIMOUSLY!

They are both arguing the same false points. Christ never claimed to be God. The scripture no where calls him God. Whether you say you dont believe in the trinity or not when you say Yeshua is god you are making God divisible. Christ was the son of God
God was in him as he is in us. Yes through the spirit. There are so many issues with these two debating because they really do not disagree at all. They are mincing words thats all. They both start with the flawed presupposition that Yeshua himself was is the Father God and then they argue about how this can be. HOw about he is not God? How about he is the only begotten son of God? How about we call him what he referred to himself as? What the Father himself called him? How about we look at the origin of the false belief that he is God and then we flush it with the original sin doctrine? Then we will get back to what the TRUE Pentecostals believed and not the Post Nicaea reprobates believed.

I can only go by the feedback the station had on the night and since. Most people basically couldn't understand marvin. He had a simpler position than. To defend but he lost the debate because of his inability to communicate simply. He did try to smokescreen attempting to shoehorn the falsity of 1 john 5v7 into mthw 28v19. There was no meaningful reply to the baptism account in the gospels either. He and I got on well as you observed.

Christ clearly shows that he is God incarnate. Who else could raise life? His death would not be sufficient for our sin if he was not God! Who do you say I am? Clearly saying that he is God. If you have seen me you have seen the father. God is in spirit but manifested a man. Was fully man AND FULLY GOD. ONLY THE HOLY SPIRIT CAN REVEAL THIS TO YOU. ELHIM (PLURAL) LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR IMAGE. THEY TOOK UP STONES TO STONE HIM BECAUSE HE DECLARED HIMSELF GOD. I XAN GO ON AND ON. READ YOU BIBLE.

Lost the debate JT? Really? I find your statement to be grandstanding conjecture, for it was never my problem that a mainly Trinitarian audience [judging from the calls and texts received] were not conversant with basic Trinitarian terminologies, and your took advantage of their ignorance to make me appear to be too technical. Just ask the average person to take up a book about the Trinity and it would become clear that it wasn't me who was confusing but the Trinity itself.

I have presented the evidence, as far as I see them. Now which evidence did you present outside of making theological assertions.

ooh, only just seen this. Marvin, you were unnecessarily complex. You did confuse people and many of the callers were oneness folk. I did an analysis of the callers some time ago. I felt your handling of Mthw 28v19 and shoehorning 1 John 5v7 was unforgiveable and you let yourself down badly at that point. I didn't think you were a typical Oneness person tbh, you were more nuanced which threw me for a few minutes lol. hope you are well.

I believe Marvin won the debate..maybe I'm partial to his side since I also believe the Oneness view. I think Marvin did and outstanding job.
